On Wednesdays, all of our school aged campers will go on a field trip. Please see the camp themes below for a list of all field trips for each week.
How Do I Drop My Camper Off??
Each morning all campers must be accompanied to the camp check-in station by a parent/ guardian. This will ensure that we have correct contact information. The Camp Director will be assisting with camp check-in. If your child has a swim/gym class, it is your responsibility to let us know so that they can be pulled from camp at the appropriate time. Failure to inform Camp Staff could potentially lead to missed classes. Please leave all medication and directions with the Camp Director when you check in.
How do I pick up my camper?
Pick-up begins at 3:30 pm please use the carpool line to pick up campers. You must come inside if you have not picked your camper up by 3:45pm. If you have not picked up your camper by 3:45 your account will be charged the late care fee.
My camper takes medication how can I make sure he/she takes it on time?
If your child has medication to take during camp hours, a written release and directions along with the medicine must be turned into the Camp Director at drop off.
My child has allergies what should I do?
If your child has allergies please make sure to not only note them on their release form and check-in roster, but please explain the severity to the Camp Director. If your child has food allergies feel free to pack their own snack.
