Swim team prep is focused on proper technique for each stroke as well as endurance. This program is tailored for athletes who have working knowledge of all four strokes, are fairly proficient in three strokes, and are "legal" in two. These swimmers have either participated in summer league, or are preparing for the upcoming summer league season. Practices are offered up to 3 times a week for 1 hour each session. The main purpose of this group is to give those swimmers who have swimming skills continued aerobic training along with emphasis on stroke technique.
