Swim Class

Enrollment for year round classes is now open!! The classes will begin on August 27th and from that point forward the classes will not have an end date, so once you get that perfect time, you are all set, but call soon to get the day or time you want!!

You are charged for how many lessons there are in each month. It will change depending on the number of days in the month but your monthly charges may look something like this...

If you only have one child that comes once a week:

5 classes in the month= $88.00
4 classes in the month= $70.40
3 classes in the month= $52.80

ANY additional classes you add this amount to the 1st amount: (2nd child, 2nd time per week, or another program)

5 classes in the month= $78.75
4 classes in the month= $63.00
3 classes in the month= $47.25
**The 3rd 4th and so on are the same rate as the 2nd. 
 

Make-up classes:
Begining August 27th, 2012: Make-ups will be held on the 3^rd Thursday and 4^th Saturday of each month, you will be allowed 1 make-up per month if you missed one of your regularly scheduled classes. Make up classes are on a first come first serve basis and may not be with your regular instructor (Please note: accounts will not be charged for scheduled holidays).

NOTE: There are no make-ups during the Summer months of June, July, & August

Group Lessons:

30 Minute Classes; 4:1 Student teacher ratio, 

Most of our classes are weekly classes and are charged monthly.  Some days of the week have 3 per month, some have 4 and a few have 5 days per month.  The payment schedule below adds it up for you.    If you choose to come more than 1x a week there is a 10% discount for the 2nd class.  

Private Lessons

30 Minute Classes; 1:1 Student teacher ratio
$47.50 per lesson

Semi-Private Lessons

30 Minute Classes; 2:1 Student teacher ratio
$31.50 per lesson

Registration Fee

$25 per child; $50 family limit
(Valid for 1 full year)

10% off lessons for your second/third child

Payment Options/Policy for Year Round Swim Classes:

• A $25 deposit (non refundable & non transferable) is required per class/ per student upon registration. This deposit will be applied towards the first months tuition. The remaining balance will be due on the 1st of each month. 
• A credit card must be put on file & for your convenience; Sea Star will automatically charge the card on the 1st day of each month. If payment is not recieeved on or before the 1st day of each month unfortunatly the student will be dropped from class.
• Clients wishing to pay with other forms of payment other than the credit card on file can pay with cash, check, or another credit card.  Sea Star just needs to recieve the payment prior to the 1st of the month and the credit card on file will not be charged.
• If you wish to not put a credit card on file at all, you can pay in full for your child's tuition at the time of registration. Your child will be dropped from the class at the end of that month unless you pay for the next month before the first. Note: we cannot hold your child's place in the class unless there is a credit card on file. If another child is on the wait list for that class and you do not pay your child's tuition before the 1st, the wait listed child gets the spot. 

DROP POLICY:
Our classes will no longer have an end date, you will be enrolled in the class you have signed up for indefinitely until you see the front desk in person and sign a 30 day drop form, at this time you will be notified what amount (if any) your final credit card charge will be. We will assume that you wish to remain in classes until you sign a drop form at the front desk.

Camps & Programs

Camp Friday:

1st child: $25
Additional Children: $15
Fridays from 6:30pm - Midnight. Pizza, arts & crafts, gym play time, great parents night out time!

Spring Break Camp

Daily Rate: $45
$200 for all 5 days
March 11th-15th from 9AM - 3:30 PM.

Early care & late care are also available.

Early Care - $30 per week starts at 7:00am
Late Care - $45 per week ends at 6:30pm

$10 a day for early care and $15 for late care (daily rate) or

$5 an hour

There is a $20 per day deposit required up front.

$50 total deposit if you register for the whole 5 days up front.

Each day has a different theme.

Friday Night Family Swim

(Usually Every Friday 6 PM - 8 PM)
Check the calandar posted online to be sure we are having Family Swim

Currently Enrolled Students: $3
Non-Students: $5
Adults accompanying a child are free

Payment Options/Policy for Spring Break Camp:

• You must pay in full at the time of registration. 
• Clients wishing to pay with other forms of payment other than the credit card on file can pay with cash, check, or another credit card, please let us know how you will be paying when registering.  Sea Star just needs to recieve the payment prior to the week of camp that the student will be attending and the credit card on file will not be charged.

Birthday Parties

(Saturdays from 1 - 8 PM)
Up to 15 children: $200
Every child over the maximum: $10
Adults are not included in the party count.

Payment Options/Policy for Birthday Parties:

• Upon signing up for a party at Sea Star a $100 deposit is due to hold your spot.
• The day of your party the remaining $100 will be due after the party.
• If your party had over 15 children (not including the birthday child) then $10 per child over the 15 will be applied to the remaining $100 balance.

We accept cash, check, Master Card, Visa, and Discover.
